Rob Brown has been working as an estimator since 2014. After five years working with a General Contractor in Valdez, Alaska he moved to Anchorage and spent more than six years with HMS, Inc. before opening his own business in 2026. He has also been involved in construction as a foreman, carpenter, plant administrator, and AutoCAD draftsman. As an estimator Mr. Brown is experienced in all disciplines of construction. He has worked on new projects, renovations, and remodels all over the state of Alaska and throughout the lower 48.

As a Senior Estimator, Mr. Brown ensures that clients and owners have a realistic budget and the use of funds is maximized within each project.  His expertise involves performing quantity take-offs in all disciplines in a wide variety of building and project types, obtaining current pricing from vendors that meet project specifications, communicating with clients and owners to ensure both their intent and the scope of work, and developing cost estimates in a variety of formats.
